Our web store is developed using WooCommerce software. Personal data you provide for our services is shared with this party. We use Webdienstonline for web hosting and email services. Webdienstonline processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, it may collect metadata regarding service usage. These are not personal data. Webdienstonline has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Webdienstonline is bound by a confidentiality agreement.

We send our newsletters and transactional emails using our WooCommerce web store software. All confirmation emails from our website and web forms are sent through WooCommerce’s servers. WooCommerce will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of each automated email from our website, you will find an ‘unsubscribe’ link. Clicking it will stop further emails from our website, which may significantly impact website functionality. Your personal data is securely transmitted, stored, and accessed by WooCommerce. WooCommerce uses cookies and other internet technologies to track whether emails are opened and read. Additionally, WooCommerce processes information about you as a recipient and email subject lines to improve service quality. This data is retained for 30 days. WooCommerce reserves the right to use your data for service improvement and share relevant information with third parties.

Payment Processors

To handle (part of) the payments in our web store, we use Mollie’s platform. Mollie processes your name, address, and residence details, along with payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to improve its services further and may share (anonymized) data with third parties. The above-mentioned security measures also apply to the services Mollie outsources to third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than legally permitted.

We collect reviews through WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you must provide your name, location, and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and location on its website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you for clarification on your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur solely for this purpose. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Shipping and Logistics

PostNL, GLS, DPD, and DGO Express

When you place an order with us, we must deliver your package. We use the services of PostNL, GLS, DPD, and DGO Express for deliveries. It is necessary to share your name, address, and residence details with these shipping services. They use this information solely to fulfill the agreement. If these companies engage subcontractors, they also provide them with your data for delivery purposes.

Silvasoft

We use Silvasoft for our accounting and bookkeeping. We share your name, address, residence details, and order information with this service provider.
