The BONFIX superior gas connection hose is the solution for the prescribed connection of gas consumption appliances with fixed, movable or mobile devices. The hose is equipped with two M24 female threaded connections. The gas hose can be connected directly to any gas consumption appliance. Easy and quick to install, this product guarantees an optimal, safe and flexible connection. This gas connection hose can be applied with all gas consumption appliances with a fixed, movable or mobile arrangement. Installation instructions

Install the pipe in accordance with existing local and national regulations and application possibilities. Follow both BONFIX and device manufacturer's installation instructions, including those for the position and orientation of the connection point. Use appropriate tools. Remove the packaging only at the start of installation. Close the gas supply valve before starting assembly. Position the gas pipe with radius >30 (see figure). Avoid any action that may damage the pipe during installation. Ensure that the pipe is not twisted during installation. Make sure there are no sharp bends in the pipe. Check that the fittings are sufficiently tightened. After installation, check for leak tightness of the gas connections with a leak search tool. Ensure that this fitting allows a sufficient flow rate for the intended use. Do not couple two or more pipes together to increase the total length. Do not install the pipe if there is any doubt about being able to connect the fittings and those on the appliance or gas supply. Do not use adapters to make the connection with the fittings. Do not install this pipe in a wall, floor or ceiling. Do not install the pipe in front of the gas pressure regulator.

Maintenance and inspection

Replace damaged seals. In case of any damage, replace the pipe. If alterations are made, the installation will no longer comply with the European standard. Follow both BONFIX and the appliance manufacturer's installation instructions, including those for the position and orientation of the connection point. When replacing the rubber ring, use only rubber rings supplied by BONFIX.
