A notable feature of our solar water heater set with heatpipes and buffer tank is that you can use the buffer tank exclusively for your heating system. This optimizes the efficiency of the heatpipes, as they can utilize the low temperatures (30 to 35 degrees), This is ideal for underfloor heating systems. An additional benefit is that your heat pump, pellet boiler or gas central heating boiler does not have to be burdened with heating the buffer tank to higher temperatures for hot water (shower water), which would reduce the efficiency of the heatpipes.
