Single-walled chimney pipe system stainless steel

Single-walled flue gas chimney pipe system <SKS-X> is a single-walled chimney pipe made of stainless steel 1.4301 according to DIN17441. These single-walled chimney pipes are used in installations with flue gas chimney pipes and in pellet stoves. With this system, the air required for the combustion process is taken directly from the boiler room or from outside using a separate pipe. This system protects the inner surfaces of ceramic chimney pipes from the destructive effects of flue gases produced in gas and fuel oil-fired heating appliances.

With single-walled flue gas chimney pipes system <SKS-X>, old, existing chimney ducts can be used with new and modern types of boilers. Individual elements of the chimney system are connected to each other by means of clamps one part of the element - a wedge, in the other pressed part of the element - a sleeve. Thanks to this type of pipe connection, the chimney is characterized by a very tight and sturdy construction. It also ensures good drainage of condensate along the walls of the chimney. The use of a special silicone seal, which is in the middle of the sleeve, ensures the tightness of the system by positive pressure of vapors up to 200Pa.

The product line of single-walled chimney pipes is approved according to the standards EN 1856-2:2009. The chimney pipe thus complies with the standards that are mandatory for the European market (such as the Dutch, Belgian, French, Italian, German market and the rest of Europe).
