Pick up your order?

Pick up your order in Stadskanaal? Yes, you can! Please complete and pay for your order online first. You will receive a notification when your package is ready.

We work with both our own and external depots and do not always have all parts in stock. You cannot collect products if you have not placed an order, and you will also need to wait for an email confirmation. Once you receive a confirmation of collection, your order will be ready for you.

What are the shipping costs?

The delivery cost for standard packages is €4.95 within the Netherlands, and orders over €75 are free shipping. Pallet transport to the Wadden Islands and Zeeland Flanders (postcodes 4500-4599) incurs an additional surcharge. For the final surcharge for these areas, please contact us by email or phone.

For the Netherlands, you can have your orders delivered by parcel post on Saturdays, with the exception of the Wadden Islands. Saturday delivery will incur a €3.25 surcharge.

For Belgium, the shipping costs for parcel post are €9.95 and for pallet transport €99.50.

The final shipping costs for parcel post are shown in your shopping cart before checkout.

Order progress

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us with your order details. The order will then be prepared for shipment as soon as possible. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. As soon as the package is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. You can use this link to view the estimated time and status of your package's delivery.

When will I receive my order? (Delivery times)

Orders in stock are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days. It's convenient for orders to have them delivered to your home. However, with EnergyBy, you can choose to have your products delivered to your home or to a Parcelshop (excluding pallet transport).

Large and heavy orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually delivered the next (business) day. We will always call or email you to agree on a delivery date for pallet transport.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

When you are in the ordering process, you can choose to have the products delivered to a different address. If you have already placed the order, you can use the track & trace for parcel post to indicate the first delivery attempt before 11:39 PM that:

Delivery must be made to a GLS Parcelshop,
Delivery to the same address with drop-off permission may be made,
Delivery to a GLS depot. For pallet transport, it is not possible to change the address once the order has been placed and collected. You can, however, indicate whether a drop-off authorization is permitted.

What happens to my order if I am not home during delivery?

If you have a parcel shipment, it will be offered again the next day. For parcel post, you can also indicate before the first delivery attempt – before 11:39 PM – that:

Delivery should be delivered to a GLS parcel shop,
Delivery to the same address may be delivered with drop-off authorization,
Delivery should be delivered on a different date,
Delivery should be delivered to a GLS depot.

Large and heavy products are often shipped by a carrier. If you are not present at the agreed/communicated delivery time and our carrier has to deliver your order a second time, additional delivery costs may be charged. Therefore, it is important to agree in advance on the desired delivery date. We will contact you in advance if large and/or heavy products are shipped via pallet transport.

Will I receive a Track & Trace code for my order?

Yes, in most cases, you will receive a Track & Trace code from the carrier via email. You will usually receive the Track & Trace code the day before delivery.
