How long is the warranty on my products?

All products sold by "EnergyBy" through its online store have a valid manufacturer's warranty. This may vary by brand and product. Every product we supply comes with a warranty, with the exception of wear and tear products. The duration of this warranty depends entirely on the product. Most products have a two-year warranty. If this differs, you can read more about it on the relevant product page on our website. You can also find the warranty details in the manufacturer's technical manual. If you discover a defect or malfunction in one of our items, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.


What should I do in case of damage?

Damage is very inconvenient and unfortunately not always preventable. We, of course, work together with the shipping company to prevent damage as much as possible.

Always check the products carefully upon receipt. If any damage has occurred to any of the items in your order, please report it by email as soon as possible after discovering it. The sooner you report it, the sooner the damage can be resolved. We request that you include photos so the damage can be assessed.


I'm not satisfied with my products, what now?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the 14-day cooling-off period. You can easily register your return using the returns form and send it to our email address: info@energyby.nl


My items are damaged upon delivery, what now?

Always check the products carefully upon receipt of your order. If any damage has occurred to any of the items, please report this as soon as possible after receiving your order. The sooner you report it, the sooner the damage can be resolved.


I have a complaint, where can I go?

At EnergyBy, we strive to have satisfied customers. However, if you do have a negative experience with your order or our service, we would like to hear from you. If you have a complaint about a product, service, or service, you can contact our customer service by phone or email.
